Entre as iniciativas desenvolvidas est\u00e3o oficinas de culin\u00e1ria para a comunidade interna e externa, treinamentos para manipuladores de alimentos, avalia\u00e7\u00f5es nutricionais em escolas e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o balanceada e inclusiva. Liejy Landim, o &#8220;Sabores e Afetos&#8221; est\u00e1 em sua quinta edi\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e9 conhecido por integrar atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o. Segundo a professora, o projeto atua em diversas frentes, como escolas, restaurantes e associa\u00e7\u00f5es, promovendo consultorias, cursos de boas pr\u00e1ticas e oficinas de culin\u00e1ria inclusiva. &#8220;Trabalhamos com a comunidade para garantir mais qualidade e seguran\u00e7a na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos, alcan\u00e7ando tamb\u00e9m p\u00fablicos espec\u00edficos, como idosos e pessoas com defici\u00eancia visual&#8221;, explicou a docente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos destaques desta edi\u00e7\u00e3o foi a parceria com o projeto de extens\u00e3o Est\u00e9tica Inclusiva, realizado na Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Cegos do Piau\u00ed. Nessa a\u00e7\u00e3o, os alunos adaptaram materiais did\u00e1ticos em braile, garantindo acessibilidade e inclus\u00e3o no processo de aprendizado. A elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos ebooks e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das oficinas permitem que eles vivenciem situa\u00e7\u00f5es reais, contribuindo para sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o como profissionais comprometidos com a sa\u00fade e o bem-estar social. &#8220;Foi gratificante ver os alunos engajados e comprometidos em levar o conhecimento para al\u00e9m do ambiente acad\u00eamico&#8221;, destacou a professora Liejy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os materiais produzidos no projeto estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para download no perfil oficial do &#8220;Sabores e Afetos&#8221; no Instagram, incentivando a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto das a\u00e7\u00f5es para um p\u00fablico ainda maior.
